"Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't." - Rikki Rogers

The universe is always on our side, though it might not always appear that way in challenging times.

Due to the current social climate including social media, political polarization & unrest, as well as the impact of a global pandemic, the youth today are especially vulnerable.

My intention to is to cultivate a space that honors their current reality while also collaborating with them to cultivate skills that will support them in navigating our rapidly changing world.

Children and Teens have a special advantage here, for the results of the work that they put in at this time will have effects that ripple through the rest of their youth, and into their adult lives. In other words, this age group possesses a grand opportunity to develop an insightful reflection of the direction they are moving in their lives and to make changes that support their growth towards becoming the kind of people that they aspire to be.

There's no doubt that our experiences shape the stories that we hold about our lives, and our roles in them, and we have the power to re-author those stories.

Though it takes time, perseverance, and willpower, showing up for one's self can be one of the most transformational and radical acts of self love that we can perform during our time on this planet.

Me, Myself & I

I was born and raised in PDX. For as long as I can remember, I have always possessed a sense of curiosity of the world. Why is it the way it is? How can we change it? The familial love I have received throughout my life has wired me to believe that the human bond is the greatest power we as Humans have to offer this world. Therefore, it is truly a privilege for me to be of service to you.

The education I received in undergrad as well as graduate school has awakened a sensitive & critical thinking lens of myself that has allowed me to believe that people who seek to understand the world around them and the world within them are bound by nothing.

In my spare time, I enjoy being out in nature, losing in boardgames to my opponents who I love most dearly. Watching my Oregon Ducks and Chicago Bears play on the weekend is a rollercoaster experience I will never get tired of. I am a chess fanatic, however, my skills will likely never quite match my enthusiasm for the game. Finally, adding books to my bookshelf is an expensive pleasure of mine I will never get tired of.
